Nine Mile Builders was founded in 2017 by Tim Cox, a native of Peaks Island. Tim gained experience working for several high-end contractors and custom furniture makers in the region before deciding to start his own business. Over the years, Tim has developed the company, shifting its focus to energy-efficient projects and custom millwork.

We collaborate with local architects to create plans and designs for homes, additions, and renovations.
